  • CATI interviews, management of more than 1000 quotas, delivery of interviews in respondent language of choice in English, French, Portuguese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, or Punjabi.

  • After a successful phase III medical trial, product and positioning claims were developed to find out which claims resonated best with nephrologists, cardiologist and surgeons. A pre-test was done among KOLs and payers to find out what the chances were for recommendation and reimbursement.

  • Online interviews in EU5 countries and telephone IDI with KOLs and payers. Most respondents were not available online, so recruiting was done by phone. The universe was very small, so ‘kid glove’ care was essential to ensure a successful study.

  • Quantitative face to face interviews and focus groups with men in Hong Kong. Being a fairly sensitive subject within Chinese culture, the challenge lay in the Moderator’s ability to connect with the respondents and get them to open up and express their feelings associated with the disease.

  • Series of focus groups were conducted with early adopters around the region (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines and Thailand). All respondents were taken through a stringent screening process to ensure every participant in the focus groups was able to articulate their thoughts on the next trends for mobile phone development, i.e., coming up with revolutionary concepts rather than evolutionary. The data collected formed the basis for a detailed consolidated analytical report, highlighting market differences and customization needs.

  • The client had an established brand and wanted to explore how a new packaging could enhance the brand and make it more appealing to younger age groups.

  • Research methodology
  • IDIs in central facility combined with an in-hall test which included an eyetracking exercise. The key challenge was to conduct 950 interviews in 10 days, due to continual delays in the creation of the packaging. We were able to utilize all 6 of our German facilities to meet the client needs, on time and on budget.
