We have our own distributed field interviewer team of over 2,000 that conduct in-person interviews, mystery shops and field intercepts in a number of different countries. Interviews are collected through PAPI, tablets or other mobile devices. Our interviewers are a combination of full-time and part-time staff that allow us to execute a large range of studies varying from small trackers to huge national studies that require thousands of completes in a single day.
